Lockforce is committed to developing and promoting learning pathways for individuals, businesses and industry. Lockforce Training offers accredited, non-accredited and customised training courses and packages via web-based or face-to-face training methods. We can design, develop, coordinate and deliver effective customised learning programs which have at their core the goals of enhanced employment opportunities and business prosperity both at national and international level. This will be achieved through the use of high quality training and skilling options through the provision of accredited, nonaccredited and customised training packages and courses.

Lockforce Training is able conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and design Training Management Systems (TMS) which provide the methodology and framework for the control of learning and performance enhancement initiatives in accordance with a company's training requirements.

Assessing performance, evaluating results and reporting progress
Lockforce will assess, through objective measurement and systematic analysis, the manner and extent in which our programs achieve their goals. Through the department's assessment and evaluation process we will compare our performance to the expectations established by the Lockforce Consortium members. We will develop assessment performance criteria's from which to evaluate the purpose, design and execution of our focus areas and major efforts to determine their overall effectiveness to assist in establishing future strategies and prioritising resources.
