Matt has over 21 years military experience, including service in the Australian Special Forces (SAS) and has operated and consulted in southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, North America and the Pacific region. Matt has also had over two years experience in the capacity of Australian Government security, in the role of Maritime Security Liaison Officer (MSLO).
Matt has extensive knowledge of maritime security in the national environment; this has included participation on Maritime Security Committees, both Government and non-Government. Additionally, the experience gained in the capacity as MSLO provides a strong customer focus and consultation capabilities.

Mathew Jones
Mathew is responsible for overseeing and managing compliance issues for organizations to manage, monitor or achieve regulatory & certification requirements. Mathew has worked heavily in the mining sector focusing on auditing of companies to measure their compliance with large mining organizations. Mathew develops Occupational Health & Safety, Quality, & Security Management Systems for small to medium sized companies or can recommend, develop, & implement changes to existing and proposed procedures & programs to meet the organizations compliance requirements. Auditing in general is an increasing demand to ensure compliance is met and maintained according to industry's standards and protocols. Mathew also designs, build and formats audit tools to these standards for multiple organizations.

Tony Grant
Tony spent 22 years in the Australian Special Forces, including 19 years in the Australian Special Air Service
(SAS), primarily conducting maritime operations. Prior to military service Tony was employed as a carpenter and
joiner. Most recently Tony has been advising a myriad of clients on safety and security in the natural resources
sector.
Tony has extensive knowledge of maritime safety and security in the global context; this has included participation in multinational, inter-departmental maritime interdiction tasks and counter-terrorism, including vulnerability assessments of offshore energy installations, ships and ports. Tony possesses a strong customer focus built on interpersonal relationships and mutual respect.

Manager Security
Giles Beresford-Peirse
Giles has 19 years of Military and Security Industry experience. He spent time as a member of the Australian Special Air Service regiment (SAS). He spent four years living in South America developing and operating security systems for the mining industry. He has worked extensively throughout the Middle East, including running security for the UN in the southern region of Afghanistan as their Regional Security Officer. He has comprehensive experience in security function auditing and security threat and risk assessments for various industries including Marine /Land Oil and Mineral, Logistics, Executive Protection.
